Our Team
Kasper and Adam founded Otolith to drive marine conservation through innovative, sustainable solutions. Kasper has a background in Marine Biology and Biodiversity, with over eight years of experience in climate risk and sustainable finance. Adam, an aerospace engineer, refined his skills with the RNZAF and Rocket Lab. His passion for the ocean fuels his commitment to impactful change.
James, a co-founder and co-owner of two companies and the founder of a charitable trust, brings extensive experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven innovation. His expertise strengthens Otolith’s ability to scale its conservation efforts and build strategic partnerships.
