Our Team
Kasper and Adam are the founders of Otolith. Kasper brings a background in Marine Biology and Biodiversity, and has over eight years of experience in climate risk and sustainable finance. Adam, with a background in aeronautics and aircraft engineering, honed his skills with the NZAF and Rocket Lab. His passion for marine conservation drives his commitment to creating impactful solutions for ocean health.
